Description

After a rigorous manual selection of the bunches and soft pressing, a must is obtained which will remain naturally cold decanted for 48 hours. The clarified part begins fermentation, with Native yeasts at a controlled temperature, initially in steel tanks and then in French oak barrels to preserve the primary aromas and enhance the bouquet during the refinement period: 12 months in French oak barrels of various dimensions in the presence of suspended yeasts (bâtonnage technique) until its maturity. Refines well in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, fruity and floral aroma: wild flowers, nuances of pineapple and exotic fruit. The sip is elegant and fruity, juicy, with a slightly bitter finish that marks the long persistence.
