BottlesDirect pressing of whole bunches; part of the mass is kept at a low temperature for 12 hours. Vinification in concrete tanks, fermentation with Native yeasts and malolactic fermentation. Refines for five months in fiber vats. Unfiltered, unclarified, no added sulphites.
Wine of great juiciness and depth; the nose is lively and enveloping with red fruits, spices, wild herbs; the sip arrives with finesse and delicacy, intense and juicy, refreshed by a splendid soft acidity; almost imperceptible alcohol, nice persistence.
Starters, beef or pork ribs, sausages, lamb, or tasty fish.
