Description

It comes from grassy vineyards facing south at an altitude of 450 m. After maceration for 120 days in 50 hl wooden vats, it refines for 12 months in 50 hl barrels and steel tanks, to then complete the refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

With an intense ruby red color, it smells of ripe fruit, black pepper and cinnamon. Young and fruity.

Pairings

Cold cuts and cured meats, roast or grilled red meat, medium-aged cheeses.
