Selection in the vineyard and subsequently on the sorting belt in the cellar. Destemming, crushing and classic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pumping over and delestage. Maceration on the skins for 26 days, malolactic fermentation during the following spring in wood. Aging for 48 months in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels.

Intense garnet red colour. On the nose mineral hints, small berries, liquorice roots, vegetal and floral veins, with lively spicy notes. The sip is aristocratic, energetic, enveloping, with silky tannins; juicy and with a long balsamic finish.

Important red meats with long cooking, game, mature cheeses.
