Destemming, crushing and classic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pumping over and delestage. Maceration on the skins for 10 days, malolactic fermentation during the following spring in wood. Aging for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Brilliant ruby red colour. On the nose, berries, cherries and ripe plums, with spicy and balsamic nuances. Fresh and crunchy tasting, juicy and balanced, with fine and well-present tannins that lead to a fruity finish.
Cured meats, meat-based first courses, roast meats, mushrooms.
