Description

Vineyards exposed to the North-West on calcareous – clayey soil. Traditional vinification, fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks and with automatic pumping over. Matured 12 months in 2,000/2500 liter oak barrels.

Tasting

Ruby red color with intense violet reflections, intense, fruity, slightly spicy aroma; dry flavour, robust body, excellent balance between tannins and acidity.

Pairings

Meat dishes, roasts, mixed boiled meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
