Description

The name comes from the vine of the same name on the right side of the hill. Spontaneous fermentation in truncated cone vats for 18-25 days and refinement in second passage and new barriques for 1 year. It rests in concrete for at least 6 months. It rests in the bottle for about 1 year.

Tasting

Bright ruby red. On the nose notes of black cherry and currant. On the palate it is more structured, with silky tannins. Equipped with good persistence.

Pairings

Grilled red meats and game, well-matured hard cheeses.
