Ribolla Gialla Brut DOC

Soft pressing and immediate cooling at 7/8°, 12 hours on the skins; vinification and fermentation at 15°C in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method) for 40 days.

Pale and brilliant yellow color, with thick and persistent perlage; fine and elegant nose, fruity and floral; creamy sip, with fruity aftertaste, good freshness and cleanliness.

Aperitif, light appetizers, delicate fish.
