Description

The grapes used for this Satèn come from vineyards located high in the hills, with the best exposures facing the morning. Great care is dedicated to the selection of the grapes and their maturation in small oak barrels. It ages in the cellar for at least 5 years, starting from the harvest.

Tasting

Golden straw yellow color, with very fine perlage. Aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and noisette. In the mouth it is soft and creamy, in perfect balance between mature notes and freshness.

Pairings

Crustaceans and molluscs, fish-based appetizers and first courses.
