“Pfaffe” Rosé Dosaggio Zero 48 mesi

The rosé bubble comes from a pure expression of Pinot Noir, the prince of vines for fine bubbles. The organic grapes are obtained at 500 meters above sea level, in medium-textured clay soils. After harvesting and selection, the grapes are macerated briefly, which allows them to have a pink color; the refermentation in the bottle follows the principles of the Classic Method, remaining in contact with the yeasts for 48 months. Subsequently, the bottles are riddled and finally disgorged, before being recorked without any addition of sugar.
