Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Short maceration. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging for six months on the fine lees in steel barrels.

Yellow color with green reflections. Rich and complex nose of tropical fruits, flint and elderflower, with fresh notes of citrus and lemon balm. Distinctly mineral, fine and elegant on the palate with fruity aftertaste and a savory finish.

Aperitif, seafood appetizers, vegetarian dishes, shellfish, fresh cheeses.
