Description

Manual harvest in boxes with night selection in the vineyard, followed by further sorting on a manual selection table. white vinification completely carried out in barriques, with temperature control. Maturation for 11 months on the fine lees in the same barriques, refinement for 8 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense and complex nose, with a prevalence of balsamic spiciness and medicinal herbs. Sip of marked freshness and minerality, accompanied and integrated by the roundness given by the wood and the long refinement.

Stewed cod, shellfish and seafood, lamb, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
