Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of October; red vinification with pressing without stems and long fermentation with maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature; rest in steel, no wood, bottle aging from 6 to 24 months depending on the vintage.

Intense ruby red colour; broad and complex nose of red fruits, incense and cherries in alcohol; enveloping, fresh and elegant sip.
