Description

Harvest at the end of September. Crushing-destemming, maceration at a controlled temperature of 10°C for 12 hours; pressing, cold decantation for 12 hours, fermentation in steel at 18°C for approximately 15/18 days; aging in steel for 10/12 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with light green reflections; nose of white flowers and citrus fruits, apple and creamy notes; intense, savory and mineral sip.

Aperitif, fish starters, white meats, mushrooms.
