Description

The destemmed grapes are left to macerate for a few hours at low temperatures in steel tanks and then pressed. The must obtained is cold decanted to then move on to fermentation which occurs spontaneously with Native yeasts. Matured in steel for 6 months in contact with the fine lees, refined in bottle for 3 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, fresh and delicate nose, with floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine and light hints of quince. Balanced between flavor, freshness and good persistence.
