Pinot Nero
The grapes, harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes with careful sorting, are pressed and destemmed. The must remains to macerate on the skins for approximately 15 days. It is then drawn off and left to refine in exhausted barriques for 12 months. After bottling, the wine rests in the bottle for at least 8 months before being put on the market.
Brilliant pale ruby colour. Nose of small black berries, spices, cocoa, dried flowers and a light balsamic note. A sip of structure and elegance, with a very fine tannic texture, harmony and a long, clean finish.
Feathered game, lamb, kid, mushrooms, medium-aged cheeses.
