Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins without adding sulfur dioxide for 20 days; maturation in steel, refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Deep ruby colour; fresh nose with notes of ripe black fruit, plum, blackberry, and hints of blueberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, medium structure and soft tannins, good freshness and acidity.
