Description

The grapes are harvested by hand; a third of the mass macerates on the skins for 7 days to continue the fermentation and then the maturation in wood, the remaining part ferments and matures in steel; after 8 months on the fine lees without stirring the two masses are assembled and left still in steel; the wine follows further refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour; fresh, balsamic, persistent nose; dry but consistent and juicy, savory, enveloping, long and clear sip, with nuances of hazelnut and wild flowers.

Tasty vegetarian dishes, grilled fish, shellfish, white meats, slightly mature cheeses.
