Chardonnay, Incrocio Manzoni
Organic
The hand-harvested grapes are cooled and mashed after a short maceration without the use of any other substance. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in both steel and wood; the wine matures for a long time on its fine lees, kept in suspension daily; a further evolution in the bottle follows.
Straw yellow colour; fresh and intense nose of white fruit, with woody hints of vanilla and butter; structured and mineral sip, rich, long-lasting.
Fish first courses, vegetable risottos, shellfish and seafood.
