Manual harvest at the end of September; red vinification with maceration on the skins without the use of external yeasts; maturation in steel and refinement in bottle.
Deep ruby red colour; nose of red fruits, with herbaceous and floral notes, and a pinch of black pepper; balanced sip with soft tannins and an acidic hint that helps persistence.
Starters and first courses of land, cured meats and cheeses, roasted white meats.
