Malvasia Istriana, Riesling Italico, Ribolla Gialla
Grapes harvested by hand from a small vineyard planted with Malvasia, Riesling and Ribolla, vinification in steel with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for a week; maturation for two years in concrete eggs.
Intense and enveloping nose, mineral, with notes of flowers and yellow pulp fruit; deep, fresh and tasty sip, with great character and persistence.
Starters, vegetarian dishes, land and sea first courses, medium-aged cheeses.
