The grapes are pressed directly from the whole bunch; a free fermentation follows with a 5-month stay in cement tanks. The wine continues its maturation for another 5 months and is bottled without filtration or additions.

Exuberant nose of Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs, with floral and fruity notes; fresh and light sip, soft and long.
Valencian paella, shellfish, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
