Description

From old vines of 60/70 years; spontaneous fermentation in steel with submerged cap, with maceration on the skins for about 4/5 weeks; then a year and a half of maturation in large barrels.

Tasting

An enveloping, material, complex wine, with substance and character. Withered flowers, ripe raspberries and lots of blueberries. The delicate tannin and tension in the mouth, elegant but well supported.
