Description

The grapes are harvested together and destemmed; they ferment spontaneously in stainless steel on part of the skins for about 14 days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages in stainless steel.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow color; nose of citrus and white flowers, peach, and herbaceous notes; fresh and savory on the palate, with nice acidity and a harmonious finish.

Seafood appetizers, raw fish, vegetarian dishes.
