Garganega 60%, Trebbiano di Soave 40%
The Trebbiano di Soave is directly pressed at a controlled temperature of 20°C, while the Garganega undergoes carbonic maceration for 15 days. It ages in stainless steel until the February following harvest with continuous batonnage.
A nose of fresh fruit and white flowers, with exotic, mineral, and herbaceous notes; a fresh and savory palate, agile and drinkable.
Land and sea appetizers, cured meats and cheeses.
