The harvest takes place in the second half of September, followed by 20 days of fermentation and maceration in concrete followed by 8 months of maturation in used tonneaux and barriques.

Ruby red color, fruity nose reminiscent of raspberries; round, fresh and fruity on the palate.

Grilled red meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
