Manual harvest in boxes in the first ten days of September; crushing, destemming and vinification at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 15 days; the wine ages in steel for approximately 6 months.

Intense and brilliant straw yellow colour; fruity, citrus and floral nose; fresh sip and light body, savory and rich in mineral salts, with a return of citrus fruits and a slightly smoky aftertaste.

Aperitif, seafood, crudités, fried fish or vegetables.
