Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection of bunches; traditional white vinification, maturation in steel on the fine lees for 2 months, refinement in steel and bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden green reflections; delicate and intense nose, with hints of fruit and white mulberry, floral notes of broom and chamomile; fresh sip, with fruity notes of apricot and saline and mineral tones.

Seafood appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, cured meats and cheeses.
