Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; red wine vinification with submerged cap for 30 days; the wine matures in 25/50hl oak casks for 22 months and in cement for a further 8 months; refining in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Garnet red colour with orange reflections; intense and persistent nose, long and elegant sip.
Roasts, braised meats, game, mature cheeses.
