Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard in September; red wine vinification with maceration on the skins for 7/8 days; the wine matures for 6 months in steel casks and in cement vats for 9 months.

Ruby red colour with violet hues; fresh and intense nose of blackberry and plum; juicy and agile, balanced and consistent on the palate.
Starters, earthy first courses, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
