Description

Manual harvest at full maturity in perforated boxes; cryomaceration at 0°C for 10 days, direct pressing of the grapes, fermentation in barriques; the wine always ages in barriques for 5/6 months and refines in the bottle for around 6 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with slightly amber reflections; nose of small ripe fruits with slightly spicy notes; round and savory sip, dry and fragrant.

Pairings

Seafood first courses, grilled fish, cured meats and slightly mature cheeses.
