Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; traditional white vinification with temperature control and contact with the skins for 12 hours; maturation in steel, refinement in bottle.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; fruity, floral and slightly aromatic nose, with hints of sage; dry sip, with a pleasant acidic streak.

Seafood appetizers, savory pies, vegetarian dishes, cured meats and cheeses, battered vegetables.
