BottlesManual harvest in the first ten days of October; spontaneous fermentation with maceration in steel for about 15 days, with only indigenous yeasts; the wine ages in steel for approximately 48 months and is subsequently refined in the bottle.
Brilliant ruby red colour; fruity nose, of strawberry and plum jam, with spicy notes typical of the vine; fresh and lively sip, with soft tannins and notes of aromatic herbs.
Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, roasts, grilled white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
