70% Petit Rouge, 20% Syrah, 10% Vuillermin.
Vinification in steel with cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at 22° C; maturation for 6 months, half in steel and half in wood, with subsequent assembly; bottle aging for 6 months.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; intense and persistent nose, floral and fruity; dry and fresh sip, with good structure.
Cold cuts and cheeses, soups, stewed meats.
