Description

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; red vinification with maceration on the skins for 15 days, with frequent pumping over; the wine matures for 12 months in 30 hl truncated cone barrels.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with purple hues; broad nose with notes of berries. The sip is fresh, with good acidity well balanced with enveloping tannins.
