Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; 40% of the grapes undergo a 24-hour cold maceration in contact with the skins; 50% whole bunch soft pressing; 10% is collected in December. Once the fermentations are completed, the wine matures for 6 months in steel for 80%, and in second passage French barriques for 20%.

Clear straw yellow color with amber reflections; intense and fresh nose, with notes of mint, star anise, passion fruit and litchi. Dry, fresh, aromatic, pleasantly complex, long and persistent on the palate, with a rounded structure, even for aging.

Tasty land first courses, mushrooms, truffles, roasted or grilled white meats, cod, smoked salmon, tasty and spicy vegetarian dishes.
