Villa Persani

Villa Persani is located in Pressano, a small town north of Trento which stands on the hills of the same name where vine cultivation has been practiced for centuries. The estate was founded in 2006 when Silvano with his wife Veronica recovered the family plots to produce grapes and apples; only in 2012 were the vineyards and apple orchards in balance to produce crops suitable for transformation into wines and juices, which from then on would represent the creations of Villa Persani. Chemistry is not even remotely talked about here and the estate is certified Organic and Vegan.
