Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; 50% of the grapes are vinified in white, on the remaining 50% a cryomaceration is carried out for 10 hours. Matured in steel for 4 months on the fine lees, refined in the bottle for a month.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense nose, of white flowers and broom; dry and savory sip, with good minerality and balance.

Pairings

Seafood cuisine in general, trofie with pesto.
