Description

Manual harvest in crates during the third week of September; the grapes are destemmed and transferred to the press where, after a few hours of maceration, soft pressing takes place; the wine matures on the fine lees for about 4 months before being bottled.

Tasting

Cherry pink color, fruity nose of pomegranate, strawberry and blood orange; soft and fresh sip, with good flavor and persistence.

Fish soups, paella, grilled white meats, shellfish.
