Premier Cru Brut Nature

Based in Trois-Puits, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, the family-run winery produces a range of expressive Champagnes. Thanks to the know-how transmitted by previous generations, each new generation has been able to leave its mark, both in the way of working the vine, and in the mastery of the winemaking process and in the conquest of new markets. After obtaining the High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne certifications, the conversion to organic viticulture began. This demanding cultivation method requires considerable human investment, as well as perfect knowledge of the vines and permanent listening to the signals that nature sends.

It has a bright straw yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. The scent is intense and complex, with notes of citrus, white flowers and yeast. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and flavor, with a pleasant minerality and a long and persistent finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
