BottlesThe ripe grapes are harvested towards the end of September, pressed, destemmed and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks for 6 days at a controlled temperature, at a maximum of 26°C. After racking, the wine finishes its malolactic fermentation in steel. It then matures for 6 months in steel.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections; fruity nose with evident notes of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry. Vinous and pleasant sip, with good structure and the right balance.
Red meats, lamb, kid, game, medium-aged cheeses.
