Jean Christophe Garnier

Jean Christophe Garnier is a former sommelier who, after working for about ten years in some renowned French restaurants, decided to embark on the path of vigneron; He studied oenology and gained experience as an intern at some French companies; he then settled in Anjou where he purchased two hectares of vineyard and an old press; precisely that press will become the distinctive mark of his wines, made of few interventions and spontaneous fermentations, but with a very slow pressing that gives his wines complexity and a characteristic oxidative note.
