Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, maturation for one year in large oak barrels and another year in steel tanks; bottle refinement.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; ripe and fruity nose, of apple, apricot and citrus fruits; fresh and mineral on the palate, savory and harmonious, floral and fruity.
