We are in Roccatederighi, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, where the diversity and variety of the territory offer Marco the opportunity to experiment with biodiversity, seeking the most unique and precious nuances of the terroir. The vineyards are cared for with extreme attention and respect, avoiding the use of synthetic pesticides and herbicides, and are now completely converted to the biodynamic method.

The History
Marco Tait, winemaker and oenologist, took over the management of the winery at just 22 years old, assisted by a group of young people. Since 2002 he has taken on the challenge of cultivating Cabernet Franc, realizing that it was the right vine in the right place. Challenge abundantly overcome.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyards are located in four different areas and at different altitude levels, between 250 and 550m above sea level, which allows us to work on a precious heterogeneity of situations; the vineyards are all within the UNESCO Geopark of the Colline Metallifere. In addition to Cabernet Franc, Carignano, Mourvèdre, Alicante Nero and white grape varieties are grown.
