The History
The winery’s origins date back to 1860. A rebirth occurred in 1984, while significant growth took place in 2004. These are the salient moments in Arpepe’s history, in the tradition of a family that has constantly aimed to fully enhance the extraordinary qualities of Nebbiolo in the extraordinary territory of Valtellina.
Terroir & Winery
Valtellina is a valley that extends parallel to the Alps and enjoys an exceptional microclimate. From dawn to dusk the sun kisses the vineyard terraces, completely facing south and protected from the fresh winds coming from the north.
