The Bergoglio Cinzia farm is located between the municipalities of Tassarolo and Gavi; he has been involved in viticulture for several years, concentrating his work on an ecological approach with low environmental impact in the processing of vineyards, as well as a targeted and intelligent use of cutting-edge technologies.

Terroir & Winery
The soils of the vineyards are characterized by a clayey-limestone matrix, with the presence of tuff veins and an abundance of stones; the rows are grassed, fertilized with the use of green manure, i.e. growing herbs and vegetables that contribute to the well-being of the plant. Priority is given to pruning with few shoots, the green harvest at the end of July and in the winery particular attention is paid to pressing, using a horizontal press with soft squeezing. Cortese reigns at the center of the production, interpreted in different typologies with feminine elegance.
