Ca’ Maiol

In 1967, an ancient farmhouse dating back to 1710 and the surrounding lands, located near the southern shores of Lake Garda, became the beating heart of an agricultural company inspired by the winemaking vocation of this area. The choice of place was not random: in addition to the favorable microclimate, history testified to a long tradition in the production of quality wines. The founder, driven by a deep passion for these lands, actively engaged together with other winemakers in valorising the territory, contributing to the birth of the Consortium for the Protection of Lugana DOC. Today, the estate extends over 120 hectares of vineyards between Lugana, to the south of the lake, and Valtènesi, to the west. In 2017 Cà Maiol became part of the prestigious wine mosaic of Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo.
