The Pierluigi Camorali winery is located in Lugagnano Val d’Arda, in the heart of Val Chiavenna, surrounded by the vineyards of the Piacenziano Natural Geological Reserve; an area that four million years ago was submerged by an arm of the sea that communicated with the Adriatic.

The products of Camorali
The History
In 1952 Giovanni Camorali started the agricultural activity, taking care of the fields, cows and vines for table grapes. In the mid-1990s, his son Pierluigi would sell the animals and transform the estate into a wine winery, producing the first bottles of Gutturnio. Over the years Pierluigi was supported by his wife Lorella and his children Matteo, Tiziano and Claudia.
Terroir & Winery
The vineyard area extends over approximately 10 hectares, around the Chiavenna stream. The area was once the seabed and the richness of fossils and minerals in the soil gives the wines great freshness and extraordinary drinkability.
