The History
In the first half of the 20th century, Caterina Zardini suddenly found herself at the head of a large family made up of 10 children. With determination, she gathers the strength and knowledge that her husband Carlo Campagnola left her, and together with her numerous children, perseveres in the cultivation of passions and vineyards. This teaching has been handed down in the Campagnola family for five generations.
Terroir & Winery
The estate, located in the beautiful area of Marano di Valpolicella, extends over 36 hectares of land, located at an altitude of 300 metres, and enjoys an ideal exposure towards the south-west. The cultivated varieties (Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina) grow on soil of Eocene origin, rich in limestone, with Guyot and Pergola Veronese farming.
