Silvia and Valentino are Trento DOC producers in Valsugana. In 2016 they decided to abandon their previous jobs to dedicate themselves completely to the production of Classic Method sparkling wines, creating a winery in Castelnuovo, at the foot of the Lagorai chain. Here the cool climate and the marked temperature range, higher than other areas of the region, make the terroir particularly suitable for viticulture, particularly for the production of sparkling wine grapes.
